The MTCF Query Tool allows you to query crash data hosted on MTCF. All queries made using this tool are collected and stored in order to improve MTCF. Some features of the Query Tool require specific data to be temporarily stored within your browser. This is only to enhance Query Tool functionality and does not contain any personal information. Additionally a cookie may be used to track specific crash information to provide support for more complex queries. No personal information is linked or connected to this cookie.

The MTCF Query Tool uses Google Maps Platform to render map based crash query information. Usage of Google Maps is bound by Google Privacy & Terms.

The MTCF Query Tool may request your GPS location. When using the ‘Crashes Near Me’ feature of the Query Tool, you may optionally share your GPS location. This is only used for the purpose of performing a query. Additionally loading a Map within the Query Tool may use your location to pick a starting location for your convenience. Your location information is not linked or connected to any other personal information collected about you. The location information is stored however only within the scope of improving Query Tool functionality.

When accessing Police Crash Reports (UD-10s) through MTCF, your browser information and IP address may be used to limit excessive download.
